3076057 - Message Data Is Changed By Another User Simultaneously Is Shown When Assigning Agent To Ticket

When assigning an Agent to one or more Tickets in the Ticket OWL, the error message Data Is Changed By Another User Simultaneously is being displayed.

SAP Cloud for Customer

The message would be thrown when the same object (in this case Ticket) is being edited by two different users at the same time or session.

Please check with other users if they are editing the Tickets and wait until their changes are completed. Once the Tickets are not being edited by anyone else, you will be able to proceed with the changes.
