3076073 - New Hire activity is not availble at the Onboarding Dashboard New tile - Onboarding

• Onboarding process has been initiated from Add New Hire to Onboarding but the New Hire activity is not available at Onboarding Dashboard New tile
• Activity is available at Onboarding Dashboard New tile  the next day

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Access the instance
2. Search for Add New Hire to Onboarding
3. Provide the information 
4. Click Initiate Onboarding
5. Message: Onboarding Initiated successfully
6. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
7. Activity is not displayed
8. Come back the following day and activity is displayed

The issue was happening because of missing permission 'userSearch' which is required for any candidate to be searchable on dashboard. 

 Provided the required permission, userSearch, for logged-in user/manager through 'OnboardingBpeAdmin' permission role
