3076095 - EC: Tax declaration portlet allows users to select 'Previous Employment Tax Details' even they are hired at the start of the financial year

Symptom

  • When the Employee is hired in mid- financial year then all  Investment type should be available for employees to declare. This is in sync with backed ERP Infotype 0580.
  • When the employee is hired in the start of financial year then all Investment type under 'Previous employment Tax Details' should not be available in EC.
