3076100 - Manager signature date is not displaying at custom new hire data export feature - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Custom new hire data export report does not have value for field ManagerSignDate

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Report created in Super admin Processes > Offboarding > Step 3 >Under action > set Custom Status
  2. Custom new hire report does not include managersingdate.

Cause

The key ManagerSignDate is not present at the step 3 of the process

Resolution

It is recommended to use a standard export.
