3076385 - Unable to delete the document tempate - Error Message - Onboarding

Unable to delete the document template due to the following error: "ChangeSet index 1 – Deletion of Template not allowed! It is currently used in an active process."

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Maintain Onboarding Document Templates.
2. Select the relevant document template.
3. Attempt to delete the selected template.
4. Observe the following error message:
"ChangeSet index 1 – Deletion of Template not allowed! It is currently used in an active process."

The onboarding status is still active.

1. Copy the Onboarding process ID from the Error Message
2. Go to Manage Data -> Process -> Give ONB Process ID
3. Now you could see the process status is open.
4. Click on Take Action -> Make correction
5. Change the process Status as completed for the affected Onboarding Process. 
6. And do re-test to delete the template now you can able to delete the template without any error.
