When the recruiter attaches documents to the offer they see other documents that they have uploaded previously to a different offer.
Environment

Cause
The attachment field is of Field type: multiattachmentselection defined in the offer template.
Resolution
Product Management confirmed that this case is consider expected behaviour and indeed the type field multiattachmentselection will create a mini library and see all the documents attached. This feature was created so recruiters can add the same attachment to all candidates in case they have documents that need to provide to all candidates. These documents should be general documents and not candidate specific.
