3076594 - IsOptOutEvent not updated in Benefit Enrollment

IsOptOutEvent under benefit enrollment object is not updated to Yes on opt out.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

1. Employee or admin opts out of an enrolled benefit using opt out button and confirms on the date.
2. Opt out is successful and benefit is no longer shown in enrolled benefits and benefit enrollment becomes inactive.
3. However, the 'Is Opt Out(IsOptOutEvent)' field still shows as NO instead of YES.

• This is an expected system behavior.
• As confirmed with Benefits engineering, the IsOptoutEvent field is a technical field used for optout workflows. This will not change to yes in the enrollment object even if the optout is done. Engineering is using it to indicate the optout action to manage the opt out workflow.

When an employee opts out of a benefit enrollment, the information on the opt-out is recorded under Benefit Employee Opt-out Requests object. To know on optOut requests, please navigate to Benefit Employee Opt-out Requests object.
