3076681 - Error "SOCKS5 command failed with status: FORBIDDEN" occurs in connectivity test to On-premise FTP server

Symptom

Do connectivity test between SAP Cloud Integration (Cloud Foundry environment) and On-permise FTP server, following error occurs:
java.net.SocketException: SOCKS5 command failed with status: FORBIDDEN

The error only occurs when "Check Directory Access" ticked.
