3076689 - Provide user access to Cloud Integration tenant on Cloud Foundry environment

Symptom

  • You have new user who needs to access your Cloud Integration (former CPI) WebUI and/or SAP BTP Sub-Account, which is on Cloud Foundry environment.
  • You have added user to your Cloud Integration tenant on Cloud Foundry environment but the user still faces logon issues like HTTP 403 error.

Note: This KBA is only applicable to Cloud Foundry Feature Set B. Note: If your Cloud Integration is on NEO environment, refer to SAP KBA 2543001 - Provide user access to Cloud Integration tenant on NEO environment.
