3076695 - [Onboarding] Update Process flow shows No option to select Process

When we go to Update Process flows for Onboarding and offboarding page, there is No option to Select Process Flows.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding page

2. There is No option to select process flows. You only have option to select the service user and update the Process flow

In the Provisioning if either onboarding switch or offboarding switch is enabled then there will be No option to select the Process flows.

If both Onboarding and Offboarding switch is enabled only then we get the option to select process flows for updating.

For the Select process flow option to appear both the Onboarding and Offboarding switch needs to be enabled from the provisioning.

If only one switch (Either Onboarding or offboarding) is enabled then there will be No option to select the Process flows.
