 System Throws Exception/Dump When Trying To Release Third-Party Delivery Notifications.

SAP Business ByDesign [All versions]

1. Go to Third Party Order Fulfillment work center

2. Go to Third-Party Delivery Notifications view

3. Select Delivery Notification ID

4. Click on Release button

The issue is because the registered product is not scoped in Business Configuration in the tenant.

User has to scope the registered products in Business Configuration with the steps provided below -

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center

2. Go to the Implementation Projects view

3. Select the active project

4. Click on the Edit Project Scope button

5. Click on the button Next until you get to the session Scoping

6. Expand Service, then Entitlement Management

7. Mark the checkbox for Registered Products

8. Click on the button Next until you get to the session Confirmation

9. Click on the Finish button
