3076902 - Change in status of an Appointment in C4C is not reflected in Outlook - Server-Side Integration

Symptom

When you change the status of an Appointment in the system and synchronise, the change is not synchronised.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create an Appointment in the system (there are several ways to do this, for example: Activities work centre > Appointments view > new).
  2. Synchronise the Appointment to Outlook.
  3. The Appointment is synced.
  4. Decline the Appointment in the system.
  5. Synchronise.
  6. Appointment will not be declined in Outlook.

Cause

This is expected system behaviour.

Resolution

This functionality will be implemented in the future releases of Server-Side Integration. The firm date is unknown yet.
