3076919 - Last Visited Date and Visit By Date Columns Cannot be Sorted

When adding accounts to proposed visits at Route 123 (123 represents Route ID), you noticed that you cannot query the accounts using columns Last Visited Date or Visit By Date. There's no option to sort these columns.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Visits work center, Routes view. 
2. Open Route 123. In the Overview tab, click "Add" to create proposed visits. 
3. When choosing the accounts to the visits, you want to query the accounts using Last Visited Date or Visited By Date. 
4. If you click either of these columns, no Sort option will be displayed.  

Since Last Visited Date and Visit By Date columns are bound to dedicated fields, we cannot do a Sort By.

This is a limitation from the Framework as per the design.
