On the Job Search Page The “caption” element on the search results page is hidden from visual users.

Resolution
PM has confrimed that this is not an accessibility issue.
As the search result term and number of results change, this aria-live on <caption> tag will announce to screen reader users.
The "hidden caption is there to provide dynamic updates to screen reader users. For visual users, the same info is already present as the heading and in form of pagination".
