3077174 - Upload of session data to SAP failing with error message "No START tag has been found in downloads SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX"

Symptom

Tasks in transaction SDCCN for sending service data to SAP (e.g. EarlyWatch Alert - EWA) are failing.

Affected systems are either ABAP managed systems that send SAP EarlyWatch Alert data directly to SAP (SDCCN Task "EarlyWatch Alert" - SAP Note 207223) or SAP Solution Manager, which is sending SAP EarlyWatch Alert data of managed systems to SAP (SDCCN Task "Send Session to SAP").

The log of the corresponding tasks in SDCCN shows the following error text:

Error transferring session data to SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL in transaction SDCCN
> No START tag has been found in downloads SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX
