3077362 - Error: "404 Not Found" with Real User Monitoring and System User Monitoring applications which do not load in FRUN

Symptom

When trying to launch the FRUN Real User Monitoring and System Monitoring applications they do not load, the applications are stuck in the "Initializing Application" screen. 

The report /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE has to be executed in every system whenever the content of the SAPUI5 ABAP repository has been changed. But in some exceptional situation, such as applying an SAP Note, the execution of the report to update the index is not triggered automatically, so we need to run the report manually.
