An administrator user has added a custom Identity Provider such as SAP Identity Authentication Service(IAS) tenant to the subaccount. After, some or all administrator users of the subaccount can either not see the subaccount anymore when logging onto https://cockpit.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/cockpit/ or they can logon but don't have administrator access. Application access is not affected by this.
