3077542 - National Insurance Number is Not Printed Correctly in the Form in Onboarding

• National Insurance Number is not mapped completely in to the P45 Form
  
• Candidate provide the National Insurance Number and at P45 Form number is incomplete
• The P45 Form is displaying the incorrect National Insurance Number

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding from Add new onboarding option manually
2. Proxy as Hiring Manager and do the New Hire Review step
3. Login to Onboarding as a Onboardee (Welcome message will be generated in the Email services)
4. Do Personal paperwork step (Add National Insurance Number National ID type:- National ID number 1 National Insurance Number:- AS132123A
5. Complete the step (make sure you filled work permit)
6. Complete additional paper work step
7. Complete Compliance Task step
8. In Signature Step for compliance, we have a mapping issue of the National Insurance Number

• National Id format is not defined as expected. Please refer the official UK gov website for proper National Insurance number format.
• Regular expression is expected to be "[A-Za-z]\{2\} [\d]\{2\} [\d]\{2\} [\d]\{2\} [ABCDabcd]\{1\}" , there should be a spacing after 2 digit.
• According to this display National insurance number individual digits are mapped to pdf file.

Please use the below configuration for the National Insurance Number with the correct Regular Expression which is expected to be: "[A-Za-z]\{2\} [\d]\{2\} [\d]\{2\} [\d]\{2\} [ABCDabcd]\{1\}"

   2. Manage Business Configuration 
   3. at the left panel, expand the field NationalIdCard
   4. Select NationalIdCard GBR
   5. Use the below configuration
