3077568 - After enable "Plan Trace" in HANA cockpit, you encounter insufficient privilege issue which indicate "SELECT privilege on SYS schema is needed for this task. Please use SYSTEM user or an user who has SAP_INTERNAL_HANA_SUPPORT role"

Symptom

You want to provide access to "Plan Trace" tile in HANA Cockpit for individual HANA administrators.
However, this access is restricted  and below error pops up when you select "Plan Trace"

SAP DBTech JDBC: [258]: insufficient privilege: Detailed info for this error can be found with guid 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'

SELECT privilege on SYS schema is needed for this task. Please use SYSTEM user or an user who has SAP_INTERNAL_HANA_SUPPORT role.

You wonder how to assign this access to HANA administrators without assigning SAP_INTERNAL_HANA_SUPPORT role.
