Resolution
For Onboarding External HRIS integration, below EC entities data can be imported for users but you should Make sure you set “Source of Record” field value = “ONB”.
Users data maintained in EC tables will be audited and hence “Source of Record” field value = “ONB” should be set if you are using this for Onboarding
No additional EC license is needed for this case.
