Symptom

Is it possible to prevent candidates from downloading pre-signature and post-signature documents during the e-signature step?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Onboardee instance
  2. Select the Complete e-signature tile
  3. Onboarding Documents are available for candidates to sign and download
  4. After candidates submit the e-signature task, candidates can also download the signed document.

Resolution

  • Once a candidate reaches the "Complete E-signature" step, they can download the form both before and after signing it.
  • Once the candidate click the "Submit" button to submit "Complete E-signature" step, they will no longer be able to download the signed form.
  • It is not possible to remove the Download button of the E-signature step. It is hard-coded.
