3077832 - Runtime error as 'CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_MISSING' not resolved even after applying SAP Note 3043642

Symptom

  • When the payroll driver is run for an Employee(s), a dump with the following information is seen in the system and the payroll processing is terminated:
        Runtime Error -  PERFORM_PARAMETER_MISSING
        Exception - CX_SY_DYN_CALL_PARAM_MISSING
  • Dump is not resolved even after applying SAP Note 3043642 - INBTD: Incorrect surcharge method used during payroll execution.
  • A PERFORM was used to call the routine "SURCH06" of the program "HINCALC0".
    The current call contains 4 actual parameter(s), but the routine "SURCH06" expects 12 parameters.
