3077834 - How to Enable Expanded Alerts for Move-In and Move-Out Processes

You notice that the alerts during the Move-In and Move-Out processes are displayed collapsed by default, and you would like to have them expanded.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to Utilities work center.
2. Navigate to Contract Accounts work center view.
3. Search and Open any contract account.
4. Click Move-In or Move-Out, depending on your scenario.
5. See the alerts are displayed collapsed.

To have the Alerts expanded by default, you may follow the steps below to select the scoping question which controls this aspect:

1. Navigate to Business Configuration work center.
2. Navigate to Implementation Projects work center view.
3. Select the current implementation.
4. Click Edit Project Scope.
5. Navigate to step 4 Questions.
6. Expand Industry Solution.
7. Expand Utilities.
8. Select Utilities Call Center and Service.
9. Find the question Do you want expanded Alerts in Move Processes?, under Utilities Alerts.
10. Check it.
11. Save the changes.

Once this question is scoped, all alerts during Move processes will be displayed expanded by default for the users.
