3077874 - Cannot access City Model. Message 'No data found. Try adjusting the filter settings.' is displayed. - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom 1:

Not able to open City Model from Custom Code Management.

On attempt to open the City Model, the following message is displayed:
"No data found. Try adjusting the filter settings."

The following error log will be generated in ST22 when attempting to open the City Model: /IWFND/ERROR_LOG

Symptom 2:

No data is displayed in the City Model tile in Custom Code Management WorkCenter

The following message is displayed in the City Model:

"No data found. Try adjusting the filter settings."
