3077953 - Remove stale entry on the Perform Rehire Verification tile - Onboarding

Symptom

There are stale entries in Perform rehire verification tile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login in customer instance and proxy as affected user
  2. Under To-do, click on "Perform Rehire Verification" tile, it shows number of pending tasks
  3. Once opening it, there is "No data".

Resolution

If the requirement is to clear the perform rehire verification tile, then please follow below steps:

Go to BPE: Manage User Tasks and open filter option > for "Task Name Like" fill with: %Rehire%
Select the user task that you want to close and click complete Task.

If you are not sure about whom these tasks belong to, before completing it, you can follow these steps to check it:

  1. In BPE Manage User Tasks, copy each Process Instance;
  2. Open BPE: Monitor Processes and click on filter option, fill field of Process Instance ID with the one already copied;
  3. Click on "Unfinished" task and scroll down page, copy the Value of processInitiationId;
  4. Go to Manage Data and search for Process with the process ID copied;


If after following above steps, there are still stale entries for the user, please open a ticket to Support Team.
