A blank value is being passed in Time-based Filters configuration, but Integration Center expects a number.

1. Go to Time-based Filters on Filter and Sort tab
2. Edit the value being passed to the parameter (Modified Since in this example)
   
   
   
   
3. Confirm if there is any blank field
   
   
   
   
4.  If so, replace it with a zero
