Symptom

As your business and operations expand, SAP Commerce database tables will grow accordingly. Due to SAP's data management policy, no data is automatically deleted. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to design and execute an effective data retention policy. Allowing tables to grow indefinitely will lead to high database resource consumption, severe performance degradation, or even critical system downtime. Below are examples of standard Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) tables that require regular maintenance, though additional custom tables may also need attention based on your specific business use cases.
