Symptom
Tables in Commerce grow along with your daily business and operation, due to the data management policy SAP will not remove any data automatically, it is your responsibility to design and manage the data retention policy for your DB tables, otherwise the endlessly growing tables will lead to high DB resource consumption and cause severe performance issues, or even business down situations. Below are some examples of Out-of-the-Box tables, additional tables may need to be regularly maintained based on your own business use cases.
