• Address details are not flowing in UK Compliance Form
• Address details are provided by the candidate during Personal Data Collection, but in the Compliance Tasks, no address values were populated.

SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ONBOARDING

1. Click on complete compliance task tile from External candidate Home Page.
2. Choose the form and start.
3. Now when you see Address Details portlet, None of the fields data was pre-populated.

Configuration Issue:

• Different Address Type is used aside from 'home'.

The Compliance Forms only use the Home addressType to populate the Address details of the candidate.

1. Go To Picklist Center -> In addressType picklist value, external code and non-unique external code should be 'home' for Home. Please make sure both external code and non-unique external code are maintained as 'home'.
2. If the above as configured correct, then you need to cross-check whether you have selected the same picklist (Address) from PDC step.
