3078316 - CPI outbound call to SUNAT failed due to unaccepted User-Agent – Cloud Integration

Symptom

You want to make an outbound call from Cloud Integration to ‘api-seguridad.sunat.gob.pe’ (token service) / ‘api.sunat.gob.pe’ (actual service) with OAuth2 credentials. However, in Cloud Platform you will receive an HTTP 401 error, but same request will work from Postman.

In the ljs-trace log you will see following error:

2021 04 14 08:20:00#+00#ERROR#com.sap.esb.camel.http.ahc.configurer.impl.OAuth2ClientCredentialsAhcBinding##anonymous#1618210556036-S4HANA_SUNAT_Validar_Comprobante_Worker-1####na#na#na#na#javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.net.SocketException: Connection resetcom.sap.it.rt.authorization.oauth.exception.OAuthException: javax.net.ssl.SSLExcept
