While activating business roles for Fiori applications, there are errors in STC01:

EAM_OBJPG_MAINTENANCEORDER_SRV 1 failed / ICF Node: not available      
EAM_OBJPG_TECHNICALOBJECT_SRV 1 failed / ICF Node: not available 
EAM_OBJPG_MAINTNOTIFICATION_SRV 1 failed / ICF Node: not available

While trying to activate the OData service, the following error message is raised: 

System error message: An exception has occurred that was not caught.

In transaction ST22, there are dumps like the one below:
