SAP Time and Attendance Management by WorkForce Software

1. Run HR Import for an employee.
2. Timesheet import failed.
3. Check HR import log for the mentioned error.
   
   Employee Import Policy: PPI_ASGNMT_STAGE
    Error Message: class com.workforcesoftware.Exceptions.ImportValidationException: In policy profile group set [GSI_GLOBAL_MONTHLY, GEFC_UK_BIWEEKLY] (linked from policy profile set [GEFC_UK_BIWEEKLY_PPM, GSI_GLOBAL_MONTHLY_PPM]), pay frequencies differed: [2, 4]

Soft termination window is set to 90. Import will be failed for an employee having any of these conditions.

The employee import will show an error.

1) Must have a split assignment.

2) The prior assignment must have been soft terminated (so this was a term and rehire, not just a split change).

3) The soft termination period must have been for more than 90 days.

1. Change soft termination window to 365 days.
2. Re-import the timesheet for an employee.
