3078424 - Required Field Not Filled on Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

• The approval process has been completed without filling out the required fields.
• Some of the required fields are blank in the Job Requisition.

• Cause 1:
  This issue can happen when the current approver of the requisition has removed his name in the job requisition page and update it with another user. For example: the recruiter who is approving the requisition has updated the recruiter field in the job requisition. This can cause mix up on how the system executes the field permission in the template since the current approver no longer holds the role of the operator who is expected to fill out the required field. 
  
  
  
• Cause 2:
  The route map step is configured as single step, and the user didn't have the permission for the mentioned field.

Address the cause 1:

For any changes in operator field during pre-approved stage, Users must use Reassign Job Requisition tool: 2103300 - Reassign Job Requisition tool - Recruiting Management

Adressing cause 2:

The system will allow the requisition to be created or routed to the next step. As the system understand that no other user will be able to acomplish the action, validating the current permission settings.
