You run a batch report such as /SCMTMS/TOR_FO_PROC_BATCH.
For example, you run this report to set FO to status Executed. The report selects the documents; however, they remain unprocessed. They are not set to Executed.
The logs do not show any additional information other than to state that the documents were not processed.
