You are using the SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe solution and you create a form using the Adobe LiveCycle Designer tool. The preview in the Adobe LiveCycle Designer differs from the PDF display of the form on SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Customize a SAP Standard Form using different fonts on Adobe Livecycle Design.
2. Upload the customized form back to SAP System.
3. Check rendered documents on the system, fonts are not the same.
Cause
The display differs because different fonts are used in the form that was rendered by Adobe Document Services (ADS) than are used on your local PC where the Adobe LiveCycle Designer is.
Resolution
For the use of custom fontsin the form output, the corresponding custom fonts must be uploaded to the Adobe Document Services (ADS) using the Adobe Document Services Configuration app.
