3078538 - Invalid Site Massage "You don't have access to this site." when acessing CSB via CCv2 - Recruiting Marketing

Users with all permissions to all sites are unable to access the CSB from Command Center. This is happening for partners as well who have access to the site itself.
When trying to enter in the Career Site builder via Command Center are directed to a page with the following message "You don't have access to this site.

• Career Site Builder (CSB)

1. Go to Command Center
2. Search by Site ID
3. Click on Career Site builder deeplink
4. You will receive the messsage = "You don't have access to this site"
