3078861 - Meeting Key issue in VLE_EVENT_UPDATE is not captured

Meeting key in  VLE_EVENT_UPDATE notification is missing

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning Administration
2. Navigate to any class
3. Go to Segment
4. change start time and end time (this should trigger the notification)
5. The instructor will receive a notification VLE_EVENT_UPDATE notification
6. The notification will be missing the Meeting Key

Engineering has confirmed that for Zoom instructors, the online meeting key is not required.

Engineering intentionally not setting this meeting key as they already have the instructor start URL.

This  meeting key is set  for users as we may have some guests or they may join from different devices.

This is working as per design.

If have a business need to change the by design functionality, please submit an enhancement request to SAP SuccessFactors product management team suggesting to add such a feature into a future release.
