Field comparison filter is not working for blank records

Reproducing the Issue
1. Create a Canvas Report
2. Use the Field Comparison filter to compare 2 fields. For example: Currency is not equal to Description
3. The report shows blank columns even they are equal:
Cause
The report will compare the data available within the fields. If the fields have no data it will not be compared and the blank columns are expected to be displayed.
Resolution
Add data in the data source for at least one of the fields.
