3078900 - Fiori F1 Key - HELP does not work (Enable Now - Web Assistant) and does not get value or Addon issue

• Pressing the F1 key on the Web Assistant (Enable Now) works on some environment while on some environment it fails
• The environment that fails is when used with a Web Dispatcher while without a Web Dispatcher it works
