3078959 - SUM prompts to Select Target System Version when Generating System Information XML File using SAP note 2293050

To generate system info stack file for java system of a Dual stack system, had referred to the solution provided in SAP note 2293050 and maintained the following parameters in startup.props file:

• Scenario=SYS_INFO_EXPORT
• ABAP=false

After that, when running SUM to continue the system info file generation, SUM prompts a dialog of "select the target version definition for your system" with 2 options: "Stack configuration file (XML)" and "Manually prepared directory".

However, this step/dialog is not supposed to be prompted, because the current scenario (generating system info XML file) should not contain this step.
