Symptom

The installation of SAP ASE 16.0 SP03 PL10 fails with the following error message:

The installer failed to load archives\sylapi\sylapij.dll.
Please verify you have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package and the Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise Suite installer image is complete.
