Symptom

Candidates from RCM are not visible in MPH

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Activate Onboarding or Onboarding 1.0 in provisioning within Company Settings
  2. Login to Instance - Go to "Manage Pending Hires" page
  3. Affected candidate is not visible in MPH.

Cause

When Onboarding or Onboarding 1.0 module is activated, all requisitions are included to RCM-ONB-EC integration by default.
As result, existing candidates are not visible in "Manage Pending Hires"/Recruiting page.

Resolution

Need to modify list of requisitions which will be used for RCM-ONB-EC integration.

To do it, please go to:

  1. "Onboarding Integration Setup" (if you use Onboarding)
  2. OR "Setup Onboarding 1.0 Integration" page (if you use Onboarding 1.0)

Note: if you use both versions, please do changes on both pages.
