SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. While trying to save a change to a Business Partner in one of the Business Partner Fiori Apps
2. The following Runtime Error appears

This Runtime Error occurs if a Business Partner has been in edit mode for more than 15 minutes before the data is saved. The reason for this is that when a user is editing a Business Partner a lock is placed on that Business Partner to prevent another user from editing the data at the same time. This lock expires after 15 minutes to prevent a user from accidently locking a Business Partner. The Runtime Error occurs as the system can no longer find the lock upon save.

1. If the Runtime Error occurs press the cancel button.
2. Open the Business Partner again in Edit mode and remake the changes in under 15 minutes.
