Symptom

  • How will the internal employee know that there is an opening which is available for employee referral?
  • Is there any email which can be triggered when a job is posted that's available for employee referral

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Cause

This is still a missing functionality within the product. There is no email trigger that can notify internal employees if there is available internal jobs for referral.

Resolution

 

If you would like this feature available in future releases please raise an enhancement request.
