Symptom

RMAN fails in Oracle Database with below error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kgepop: no error frame to pop to], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 80 bytes (PLDIA,PTG: Node)

or

ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 632 bytes (top-most SGA,kguusgli)
ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 632 bytes (top-most SGA,kguusgli)
