3079781 - RCM Entity Anonymization Job failing in Provisioning - Recruiting Management

RCM Entity Anonymization Job fails in Provisioning with the following error message:

"java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.successfactors.genericobject.api.bean.businessobjects.Country.getCode() of a null object returned from com.successfactors.dataretention.api.drtm.config.DRTMRetentionTimeConfig.getCountry()"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Monitor Jobs 
3. Search for RCM Entity Anonymization Job
4. Click on details
5. You'll see that it failed with the error message "java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.successfactors.genericobject.api.bean.businessobjects.Country.getCode() of a null object returned from com.successfactors.dataretention.api.drtm.config.DRTMRetentionTimeConfig.getCountry()".

The issue has been already reported to our Engineering Team who is currently investigating.
