3079784 - SFTP permission issue: failed to create folders

Symptom

Unable to create new folder or view existing folders folders in the SAP SFTP server.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SFTP URL
  2. Click the "+" button to add a folder
  3. Enter a folder name
  4. Click OK

OR

  1. Login to SFTP URL
  2. Click on an already existing directory

Resolution

Customer needs to create a case under component LOD-SF-PLT-FTPS and provide the following details:

  1. SFTP Account Name
  2. SFTP URL
  3. When did the issue start and did it not happen before?
  4. What is the error being received?
  5. Screenshot of error attached to case

SAP Operations team will be engaged by the bizx team to check on the SFTP account permissions.
