3079804 - Unable to save any changes to existing Multiple Choice Questions in Question Library

Symptom

It is not possible to save any changes to existing Multiple Choice Questions in Question Library, either on Admin Center or Provisioning.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Question Libraries;
Open any of the question that has the answer format as Multiple Choice;
Attempt to make any changes and click Save;
Result: The changes are not saved and it reverts back to the old configuration.

Resolution

Status: Resolved

Impact: Customers are not able to edit the Multiple Choice questions. Questions for Job Requisitions cannot be updated.

Workaround: Instead of updating the question, create a new question from scratch.
