3079819 - Unable to access Global Account or subaccount after migration to Feature Set B

Symptom

After your subaccount was migrated to Feature Set B, you access the subaccount in BTP Cockpit via URL https://account.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/cockpit.

As a result, you get one of these errors:

  • "You cannot access this subaccount because you are not a subaccount member or administrator."

  • "Our records indicate that your user does not belong to any global account."
