3079838 - Account ID Missing in Excel Export for Customer Specific Price List

In the Customer Specific Price List, you select the option Export in the Items tab, however, the Account ID does not showed up.

1. Go to the Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Go to the Price Lists view.
3. Query for Customer Specific Price List.
4. Select any Price List and click on Edit.
5. Go to the Items tab and click on Export button.
6. Download the excel file and open it.
7. It's possible to see that the Account ID and Description fields are missing data.

Excel export from Price List via Items tab, selecting the option of Export To Microsoft Excel® is used to download Items data only.
This option of Excel export is used only to download fields of Items table, it's used in high volume Price Lists

1. Go to the Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Go to the Price Lists view.
3. Query for Customer Specific Price List.
4. Click on the Price List hyperlink (it will take control to Price list Factsheet)
5. Click on button "Download"
6. You can save the Price List into excel (which will have both header and item information).
