3079893 - Receiving LMS login page when accessing Reporting

Symptom

When accessing Reporting from the Home dropdown, in SFSF, LMS login page is displayed.
  • Report Center does not load.

Environment

  • SuccessFactors
    • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
      • Report Centre

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SFSF
  2. Navigate to Report Center (Reporting, via homepage dropdown)
  3. Page is redirected to LMS login page

Cause

  • The main reason for receiving LMS login page is due to incorrect mapping between SFSF and LMS
  • It would be due to SuccessFactors Learning Integration URL's set in provisioning
  • There is no "Default Auto Create User Role" assign


     

Resolution

Check with customer if they are using LMS in this instance (OR) if they have done Integration between SFSF and LMS.
If answer is NO, perform the below steps for resolution. 

  1. Login into provisioning > Company Settings
  2. Check if Learning URL's are present in SuccessFactors Learning Integration
    • SuccessFactors Learning Integration URI
    • SuccessFactors Learning Integration API URI
  3. Remove the URL's and Save
  4. This should resolve the issue
